Beginner (Learn To Swim)

Designed for non-swimmers to acquire confidence and basic water skills.

Students will learn to overcome the fear of the water and about water safety, thus, building water confidence through different types of water activities and games. The fundamentals of breastroke is introduced alongside breathing technique and body co-ordination.


Intermediate

Formal teaching of strokes begins at this stage.

Students will learn rhythmic breathing techniques, and basic water survival skills such as treading water. The fundamentals of freestyle, sidestroke and backstroke are introduced with further correction and enhancements on breastroke.


Advance

Strength and endurance training while improving skill proficiency.

Students will continue to develop their freestyle, backstroke and breastroke as well as the introduction to the butterfly stroke. Strength and endurance training will be the main focus at this level.
