Terms & Conditions

Payment

  1. All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

  2. Fees are payable every first lesson of the month.

  3. Pro-rated fees will be charged for student(s) who wish to join during mid-month.

  4. All fees paid are non-refundable, non-transferable.

  5. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars in cash or cheque made payable to "Aquatic Culture Pte Ltd".

* Course fee is payable on a monthly basis. Each month consists of four (4) lessons of one (1) hour each.

Replacement Class

  1. As time slot is specially allocated for each class, there shall be no replacement class for student(s) who fail to turn up for lesson without valid reason(s).

  2. Replacement class may be scheduled for those who are ill. Official Medical Certificate (MC) must be produced for eligibility.

  3. No classes shall be conducted on public holidays, eve of public holidays, the first six (6) days of Chinese Lunar New Year, and fifth (5th) week of the month, if any. There shall be no replacement classes.

  4. There shall be no extension or replacement class for latecomers.

  5. There shall be no replacement class in the event of bad weather occuring just before the commencement of lesson and the coach has already arrived, or, when lesson has already begun. Replacement class may be applicable when the class is cancelled in advance for the same reason (refer to clause 4. of Bad Weather).


Bad Weather

  1. Except for lightning, thunder and/or heavy rain, at the discretion of the coach, lesson may proceed as per normal.

  2. The coach may cancel and notify the class in advance in view of imminent bad weather.

  3. Should bad weather occurs during lesson, land drills and/or calisthenics exercises may be conducted as deem fit by the coach.

  4. Student is expected to inform the coach of expected bad weather to cancel class at least one (1) hour in advance. Replacement class may be applicable (refer to clause 5. of Replacement Class).


Termination / Suspension

  1. The management may take action to terminate any student(s) for poor attendance and/or behavioural reason(s).

  2. Should there be a need to suspend lessons for one (1) month or more, students are required to give the management and coach at least one (1) month notice.


Management Rights

  1. The management reserves the right to postpone the day and time of class(es) or to replace the coach as deemed necessary.

  2. The Terms & Conditions stated herein are subjected to changes without prior notice.
